Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at your nearest authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
